ABOUT THIS SEMINAR

This is for all you ECG rookies out there. You’re a busy medical professional with little spare time, but your job requires that you know at least basic ECG interpretation if not more. You’re a complete beginner and you don’t know where to start. Or perhaps you’ve read a book or two, been on the internet, or asked colleagues for help, but you are still a bit overwhelmed by the amount of material out there. The terminology and jargon are driving you crazy; you understand some concepts, but you still feel like you’re missing vital bits of information. If any of this is your experience, then this is the course for you.

This extremely popular seminar helps delegates to acquire the essential skills needed for ECG interpretation. It’s a two-day programme covering common cardiac rhythms and 12-lead abnormalities. Each subject is broken down into a logical easy-to-follow format with numerous case studies and practice sessions. By the end of the course you will be able to interpret common arrhythmias, determine the cardiac axis, know what a normal 12-lead ECG should look like, and identify common 12-lead ECG abnormalities such as myocardial infarction, bundle branch block, and chamber enlargement.

This course is ideal not only for complete beginners, but also for those who wish to develop, consolidate, and update an existing knowledge. It is suitable for all medical personnel and no prior knowledge is required.

As a delegate on this seminar you will not go home empty-handed.

Seminar materials include:

• Pre-course folder
• A soundly researched unabridged workbook
• Case studies
• A certificate of attendance
• A training resource pack
• Axis chart & ECG pocket card
